A Quick Guide to Manage Your Password for Online and Mobile Banking

Forgot your Ohio Catholic FCU password for Online Banking or the mobile app? Are you locked out of your account due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts?

Then this guide is for you!


I know my Ohio Catholic Online Banking ID / Username but forgot my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your current password, you cannot retrieve it. You will need to submit a password reset request and create a new password.

To reset your password and regain access to your account with Online Banking:

  1. Go to the Ohio Catholic FCU Online Banking login page
  2. Enter your Ohio Catholic Online Banking ID where prompted
  3. Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the next page
  4. Follow the steps to reset your password

You will need to provide your Ohio Catholic Online Banking ID, date of birth, social security number and the email address on file with us to complete the password reset request.

To reset your password and regain access to your account with the Ohio Catholic FCU mobile app:

  1. Go to the app login screen
  2. Tap the “Forgot password?” link
  3. Follow the steps to reset your password

For the app, you will need to provide your Username (use your Ohio Catholic Online Banking ID), email address on file with us, member number, social security number and date of birth complete the password reset request.

It is strongly recommended that you create a complex password – a combination of letters, numbers and characters – that cannot be guessed easily by anyone attempting to access your account without authorization.

VERY IMPORTANT: Once you have reset your password, you will use that password to log in to both Online Banking and the mobile app.

If after following these steps you are still unable to reset your password, please contact our Member Service Center at (888) 696-4462, option 4.


I see a message online that I’m locked out of my account due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts. How do I regain access?

You will need to reset your password to unlock your account. Simply follow the steps outlined above for either Online Banking or the mobile app to reset your password.


I do not remember my Ohio Catholic Online Banking ID / Username, my Member Number or the email I have on file with you. How can I reset my password?

For security reasons, you will need to contact our Member Service Center at (888) 696-4462, option 4. We will first verify your identity over the phone before providing you any account information or resetting your password.
