COVID-19 Hardship Assistance for Members

Ohio Catholic FCU is helping impacted members experiencing hardship related to COVID-19.

Hardship assistance is available for the following situations:

– Monthly payment deferments for Consumer Loans through April 30.*
– Waiving of Late Fees for impacted members through April 30.

In addition, Ohio Catholic FCU will NOT initiate vehicle repossessions or mortgage foreclosures through April 30.

*Interest will accrue during deferred months.

Like you, we are monitoring updates from local, state and federal officials regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Our employees are strenuously working to maintain the high service levels you expect from us, and we have taken proactive steps to avoid potential disruption of service.

New Branch Procedures

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, all Ohio Catholic FCU branch drive-thru lanes will REMAIN OPEN for transactions during normal business hours.

All Ohio Catholic FCU branch lobbies are CLOSED to the public until further notice. Members may schedule appointments with branch representatives for essential business only. Members will not be permitted to enter a branch lobby without a previously-scheduled appointment. To schedule an appointment to meet with a branch representative, please contact the Branch Manager at your preferred branch location:

Garfield Heights | Akron | Macedonia |North Royalton

ATMs at our Garfield Heights, Macedonia and Akron branches are available 24/7. Ohio Catholic FCU is also partnered with MoneyPass and Alliance One to provide you convenient ATM locations across the United States.

Remote Banking Options

We recommend members review the following solutions designed to help you bank remotely during this time.

Member Service Center – (888) 696-4462

The Ohio Catholic FCU Member Service Center is our full-service, toll-free branch that provides a convenient way for members to conduct their banking over the phone. Members can perform almost all banking activities through our Member Service Center. Visit our website to view our extended hours.

Online Banking

Check balances, transfer money, and stay connected with your credit union accounts around the clock. Members need to first enroll in online banking if they haven’t accessed their account online previously.

Mobile Banking

Check balances, pay bills, deposit checks, view statements, transfer funds between Ohio Catholic FCU accounts. Download the official Ohio Catholic FCU app at the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android).

Bank by Phone (iTalk) – (844) 365-6446

iTalk is the 24/7 audio banking service of Ohio Catholic FCU. Check balances, verify transactions, transfer funds, make loan payments, submit a stop payment, and more by phone. When a member first calls iTalk they are required to provide their member number and a temporary PIN (last 4 digits of primary member’s SSN). Members then will be prompted to create a custom PIN after successfully accessing their account.
